Authored a series of case studies focused on services that are enabled only via broadband connectivity for both Wired and Wireless broadband network footprints. The services examination included IPTV, VOIP, SAN, Security, ASP/ SaaS, and all CPE necessary to deliver the services.

*     2008 Strategic planning for Canadian national rollout  of mobile payments network  for emerging North American mobile commerce sector participant

*     2007 /2008 Turnkey development of proprietary SGN initiative – VC funding, Off shore Dev, etc.

*     2007 Patent Management Strategy [Global] covering emerging videoconferencing technology and broadcast facilities for traditional email and mobile sectors. Focused on Fortune 100 stakeholders, structuring enhanced top level ROI via strategically crafted licensing provisions.

*     2006 Strategy and Business Development activities for North American distributor of windows based video conferencing and specialized video email facilitator

*     Assessment of the validity of Bluetooth Digital ink devices in-order to establish vertical market's penetration entry point strategy.

*     Establishment of strategies relating to the Q2-07 staged rollout of LNP in Canadian Mobile market.

*     TVAC performs an important role in the licensing of proprietary and or patented intellectual property dealing with such firms as GE, Siemens, Alcatel, ADT and Atlinks.

*     Asia - Pacific 2000-2001 - Assessment of Mobile Commerce architecture and GTM  planning for Pan Asian m-commerce deployment of one Asia’s dominant Mobile carriers. Project deliverables included: Complete m-commerce project needs analysis for a major Asian based banks. Defining rapid GTM m-commerce product strategy for client - Pan Asian Network and M-commerce gateway architecture planning and deployment -Alpha and Beta phase test design and planning (100,000 participants) Financial services & Mobile operators consortium planning and execution. Development of future services definition for m-commerce as a mobile phone enabled debit service provided by consortium. Manila, Philippines, Hong Kong SAR, China , Jakarta, Indonesia , Singapore

*     Mobile Operator Quality Assurance Review for Phase One network deployment LMDS backbone with both xDSL & Coax first mile connectivity  Hong Kong SAR, China

   As the Senior Analyst / Project Manager, played a leading role with a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional consulting team.

*     Managed multiple projects that served as components to the interim and end -state deliverables for the client. Project activities involved interfacing with client team members, software developers, software assessment, strategic planning

*     Analysis of domestic products, to determine their viability in the export market.

*     Assessment of the target marketplace for these three products Mpowered SOD (Software on Demand), OS (Office Solutions), UM (Unified Messaging).

*     International Product management and development strategy initiatives that enhanced the service/product offerings for the export marketplace

*     Research and assessment of the ASP (Application Service Providers) market place

*     R&D of a business development strategy for the Global  Broadband market

*     Thought leadership initiatives involving the Mpowered International Sales Group
